    • A downloadable and printable return label will be provided at no additional cost.
  5. Verification Requirement
    • Customers are required to provide an unboxing video clearly showing:
      • The product in its original packaging.
      • Any defects or issues that are the basis for the return.
    • This ensures a fair assessment and helps expedite the process.

Exchange Policy

We accept exchanges under the following conditions:

  1. Eligibility for Exchange
    • Exchanges are accepted for new, unused products in original packaging.
  2. Exchange Process
    • Our courier partner, Delhivery, will pick up the product for exchange.
    • Once we receive the product, we will review it to approve or reject the exchange request.
    • Updates on the exchange status will be sent via email.
    • Upon approval, a replacement product will be dispatched within 24 hours.

Refund Policy

  1. Refund Processing Time
    • Once the returned product is received and verified, refunds will be processed within 7 business days.
  2. Refund Method
    • Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used at checkout.
  3. No Restocking Fees
    • No restocking fees will be charged for returns.
