Cancellation Window:
- Orders can be canceled within 24 hours after placing the order.
Prepaid Orders:
- A 2% payment aggregator fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
- The remaining amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
Snapmint Pay in 3 EMI Orders:
- If an order placed using Snapmint Pay in 3 is canceled:
- 66.67% (2 out of 3 installments) of the order value will be refunded through Snapmint.
- The remaining 33.33% (1 out of 3 installments) will be issued as Store Credit, which can be used for future purchases.
Refund Timeline:
- Refunds may take up to 7 days to be credited, depending on the payment aggregator’s processing time.
