Exchange Policy

We accept exchanges under the following conditions:

1. Eligibility for Exchange
   • Exchanges are accepted for new, unused products in original packaging.
2. Exchange Process
   • Our courier partner, Delhivery, will pick up the product for exchange.
   • Once we receive the product, we will review it to approve or reject the exchange request.
   • Updates on the exchange status will be sent via email.
   • Upon approval, a replacement product will be dispatched within 24 hours.

Refund Policy
